With all the experiences and in house expertise, CEM takes every project on its own identity do an independent planning in order to maximize the benefits for our customers. The success of any project is based on 3 major parameters
- Technology: Technology keeps changing frequently. Companies like Microsoft invest billions of dollars in R &D to provide best practices to their customers. CEM uses their latest technologies while delivering business solutions to customers.
- Process: Business process definition is the key to optimization. CEM starts its service process generally with business process definition. If customer is inclined, a BPR – Business Process Re-engineering exercise is done to arrive at future process model. This exercise is done in line with customers' long term organizational plans.
- People: Habits are difficult to shed. It is easy to deploy technology and define processes. Assisting people to adopt the new way working is one of the interesting tasks. Change Management is key to any project success.
In order to successfully deliver CEM mainly uses Microsoft's SureStep implementation methodology. This methodology is designed exclusively for business solutions and has proven higher success rate compared any other 'fit for all' methodologies.
Requirements Analysis and product Selection
We analyze the business needs of clients to help identify business problems and propose solutions. Within the systems development life cycle domain, the BA typically performs a liaison function between the business side of an enterprise and the information technology department or external service providers.
System Requirement Mapping
Business Process Mapping refers to activities involved in defining exactly what a business entity does, who is responsible, to what standard a process should be completed and how the success of a business process can be determined. Once this is done, there can be no uncertainty as to the requirements of every internal business process. A business process illustration is produced.
ISO 9001 requires a business entity to follow a process approach when managing its business, and to this end creating business process maps will assist. The entity can then work towards ensuring its processes are effective (the right process is followed the first time), and efficient (continually improved to ensure processes use the least amount of resources).
